About Us

Navigation Boat Movers is a business set up by David and Imogen to provide canal boat owners with a professional service to move their boats for them on the inland waterways of the UK.

We wanted to offer a professional service at a reasonable cost to those who need a boat moving but may not be able to complete the boat move, are not confident in doing so, or would appreciate an experienced crew onboard.

This is what inspired us to set up as professional boat movers. We now have multiple years of experience moving our boat and many others along the Inland Waterways of England.

Both myself, David, and Imogen are qualified helmsmen, certified by the RYA (Royal Yachting Association), and have Public Liability insurance with Mercia Marine. We also have many hours of hands-on experience moving a variety of boats.

Your boat would be in safe hands with us. Being liveaboard boaters ourselves, we know how important your boat is to you and will take the utmost care of your pride and joy.
